Model a skill of your own that other people have commented on, but you don't know clearly how you do. Ask someone who doesn't have this skill, and wants it, to gather information about it as their project. Since it is so natural to you, there will be many aspects that will be totally unconscious and presupposed. Someone else asking questions from a perspective of not being able to do it will be likely make them obvious.
